I know this is random, however, I'm lost! H&R Block filed for me for my 2019 and I'm unsure what if anything is going on with my 2020 and now my 2021. 2021 keeps kicking back to me to fix over and over. What am I missing?

Why is 2021 rejecting? Is it for the 2020 AGI? That's common.
ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2020 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. That works for most people. See,

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
What exactly are you trying to do? You say you filed using H & R Block for 2019. What did you do for 2020 and 2021 and what you trying to do now?
What exactly do you mean by "kicking back to me to fix"? Are you trying to e-file your 2021 tax return and it is being rejected? If so, what is the exact reject message you are getting, including the code? Are you e-filing with TurboTax, or with H&R Block, or something else?
If you're not talking about an e-file reject, please explain "kicking back" in detail. At what point is it "kicking back"? If you get an error message, what is the complete message? Are you using TurboTax or other software?
Are you trying to efile the 2020 return now ? Or are you adding the 2020 income to the 2021 income and file the combined income incorrectly ?
