Filing 2021 extension

I filed an extension for 2021 but now I am ready to file. I entered all the information needed before filing the extension. It generated all the forms needed. How do I continue or file without entering all the information again. Thanks

you can't e-file. after you pay any fees, you can print and mail it by following the Turbotax filing instructions. Be sure to attach any withholding forms. state and federal need to be mailed separately using the designated address.

thanks for the reply. it is not asking me to pay any fees but I can download. Can I mail in those forms as my returns? What if I need to modify any information?

Yes you can mail the forms. You don't need to mail any worksheets or backup info. If you need to change anything you need to download the .tax2021 data file and install the 2021 program to open it.

If you paid for Turbo Tax 2021 online you can ask for the download Desktop program. You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it. Post back if you need help on opening the .tax2021 file in the program.
