When I enter the appropriate account number and document ID, TurboTax displays the following message:
Security is built into everything we do
TurboTax works hard to safeguard your information so you can file your taxes confidently.
Please select the below checkbox
ERROR for site owner: Invalid site key
Of course, there is no checkbox to select, just the reCAPTHA logo.

ok I think this forum is really best-efforts discussion and help rather than official trouble reporting; agree waiting a couple of days if not urgent (maybe here will be things rolling out this weekend for Feb) - but if the issue persists I would suggest raising it directly with TTX support.
May not be ready to import yet... even if you got the 1099, but if you log into Vanguard there's a panel on the dashboard for tax forms availability dates, mine says 2/20-3/8. See also https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/import-export-data-files/able-import-109...
Thank you for your reply. Vanguard had indicated on their website that the consolidated form 1099 would be available today 1/29/2025. The document has actually been available on the Vanguard website for download for two days now but TurboTax would not let me access the document until today. TurboTax indicated that the document would not be available until today (1/29/2025). Today, TurboTax now allows me to input the Vanguard Account Number and Document ID, but it then displays the message "Please select the below checkbox" and "ERROR for site owner: Invalid Site Key". No checkbox is displayed. I cannot tell which end Vanguard or TurboTax is at fault. I guess that I will just have to give it another day or two for the bugs to be worked out on whomevers end the problem exists at . Hopefully someone from TurboTax will investigate to get the problem resolved. This is a very lengthy and complicated document which I don't really fully understand how to even manually enter (Foreign taxes paid by the mutual fund and to which country, etc.) . Being able to import this document is the primary reason that I have purchased the TurboTax Premier edition. Hopefully, it will get fixed quickly. Is this the only platform for reporting what potentially appear to be software bugs or is there a more direct route which can be used to insure that the TurboTax development team will acknowledge receipt of a product trouble report? Thanks again for your suggestion and for your willingness to help.

Thank you so very much for your help. I very much appreciate it.
I did contact TurboTax support directly and spoke with a very helpful lady there who is going to bring the issue that I was having to the attention of the technical staff for further investigation during a meeting tomorrow. Thank you for providing me with the link to contact them by telephone. Very shortly after my call with the TurboTax representative was completed, I was able to import the documents from Vanguard. I believe that this was purely a coincidence due the timing. I wish that I could now tell her that it is now working for me and that it is working for me now and that no further action on her part is required. Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact her to let her know. Thank you again for all of the help.
Vanguard rep assured me the import was available to TTX starting 1/29/25. It is still NOT working. Vanguard denies knowing anything about the issue. So does TTX.
I am running windows 11 with the same problem. They would not import. I was using duck duck go browser. I changed the browser to edge and rebooted and it worked. Good luck
I was trying to import from Vanguard and kept getting the same error message.
The Document ID was my problem. Do you put spaces in or not, do you capitalize or not ?? .Final solution was that I was reading the character "8" as a "B", the font that Vanguard uses for their 1099-DIV requires a magnifying glass --- but after magnification... I finally saw the trouble
