I did contact TurboTax support directly and spoke with a very helpful lady there who is going to bring the issue that I was having to the attention of the technical staff for further investigation during a meeting tomorrow. Thank you for providing me with the link to contact them by telephone.  Very shortly after my call with the TurboTax representative was completed, I was able to import the documents from Vanguard.  I believe that this was purely a coincidence due the timing.  I wish that I could now tell her that it is now working for me and that it is working for me now and that no further action on her part is required.  Unfortunately, I do not know how to contact her to let her know.   Thank you again for all of the help.
