On Nov. 4, 2019 you charged my credit card account with $69.99. When I get ready to do my taxes in January, what do I do? Do I have the latest program, or do I still have to go out and buy the CD at the store? This is a question that your automatic system has no answers for..please help...!!!

I got my taxes filed with turbo tax on 1-21-2020. I keep checking to see if I can track it but it is still pending. What can I do?

Not until the IRS opens on Jan 27, 2020 and your return is Accepted.  Until then it will stay Pending on Turbo Tax.

But the IRS has pulled some returns early for testing.

When you efile you get back 2 emails. The first email only confirms the transmission. The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.
