I called Turbo Tax and they couldn't do anything. I have signed onto It's Deductible on the same computer so have no idea why it's saying this. Really starting to dislike Turbo tax after 14 years of using. Always one problem after another.

Check that your device meets minimum system requirements.
Verify your router is working correctly by unplugging both the modem and the router, waiting a couple of minutes and plugging just the modem back in. Wait until everything has completely restarted before repeating this process with the router.
