For some unknown reason, when I click YES, this pops up even when I have a clear wifi connection:

 

There was a connection problem.

Please check your Internet connection. This problem could be caused by intermittent or limited Internet service. Make sure your wireless connection is working or your network cable is plugged in.

If you are unable to reach the site, you can call
1-800-4-INTUIT (select the option for TurboTax when prompted).

I called Turbo Tax and they couldn't do anything.  I have signed onto It's Deductible on the same computer so have no idea why it's saying this.  Really starting to dislike Turbo tax after 14 years of using.  Always one problem after another.
