You need a 1099R form. Call the pension plan and ask about it. Maybe they have the wrong address for you. Or you can log into your pension account and download it. Some places aren't sending out the form and you have to get them yourself from the website.
Contact the plan to ask them how to get your 1099R. Usually they have a website that you can go to and download it. Or you *might* be able to import it into your tax software. You must enter your 1099R.
To enter your retirement income, Go to Federal> Wages and Income>Retirement Plans and Social Security>IRA 401 k) Pension Plan Withdrawals to enter your 1099R.
Yep, two of my 1099-R forms are only obtained "online" as PDF downloads.
(Don't recall if I can opt to select paper by mail or not)
A third one is only paper mailed.
