Unfortunately, the "workaround" does not save with the file.   I would not e-file this way, as it forces a file-save right before filing, and I am guessing the edits are lost at that point.

I have d/l TurboTax 2025, have Windows 11.  I cannot access the download.  I have shut off both virus scans, tried right click on "run as administrator", tried everything that I have seen posted to solve the issue.  Nothing worked.  It comes up with a TurboTax error that says "looks like we've run into an error".  I paid for the d/l, but wound up doing the taxes online (I haven't filed them yet).  My delimma...I don't want to have to pay for TurboTax twice.  Anyone have any suggestions?

I believe this is a scam as well! You stated to the gentleman that it should be only $40 feet. I process my return this year like I always do with turbo and this is the 1st time I’m getting my refund from a 3rd party.  I just received I guess what is believe to be my state fund and it was short $132. I went on the IRS and the SBTPG website and 1) it’s still showing that my taxes are still being processed and that $132 would be charged for my federal. When I put in my State nothing comes up. What is concerning if why would I have double the fee charge for both my federal and my state. Also if I’m receiving my state now , why is everything still showing that my taxes are only accepted but not refunded. I’ll will be reaching out to IRS and SBTPG

I am also unable to import data from Fidelity Investments through TT Deluxe (Desktop Windows 11 Platform).   My experience is a bit different, I am able to enter my user name and PW and it connects to Fidelity and I get a message back from TT saying:        "Connection complete!  Success! We got your tax data. You can now return to TurboTax.".      However, when I go back to TT and look in my imported docs, there is nothing there.  I've tried this > 12 times in the last 2+ weeks and get the same results.  And I've closed out of TT and gone back in and still nothing.    I've been using TT for ~ 20 yrs and have imported data from Fidelity Investments to TT fine, but it's def Not working for 2025.  TT:  Please fix this bug.   Thanks

Turbo Tax does not have TN in 1099-INT. TN does not tax that, but Turbo Tax says i need to enter state, but does not list the state.  This is a software bug, please solve it.

If you are trying to make a deductible Traditional IRA contribution and you are covered by a retirement plan at work, filing a joint return, then the information in this IRS table shows the joint income limit that determines whether your contribution is deductible.  Since you are filing a joint return, your joint income is the amount used to calculate the Modified AGI referenced in the table.   Your spouse being covered by a retirement plan at work (and the higher joint income limit) only comes into play if you are not covered by a retirement plan at work since you are the person making the IRA contribution.   @twoho
