No.   If you are using TurboTax Online, you cannot prepare and file a tax return for another person using an existing TurboTax account. You'll need to create a new account, distinct from the account you used to file the first return.   If you are using TurboTax Desktop, you can start a new return by clicking on Start a new return on the Welcome page of TurboTax.   Please read this TurboTax Help topic on how to start a new tax return for another person.
Is this something Turbotax is working on fixing?

@johanna_anderson    You do not subtract box 11 on the 1099-INT form. Those $$ refer only to box 1.....and box 1 are taxable $$.
Yes, you can request a refund for a TurboTax product by taking the steps listed in our help article, How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?.
Thanks for the reply but it seems like a lot more work for me for something that is obviously a Turbotax program error.
To request a refund, see the following article: How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?

Yes.  Her pension, if from a private employer or occupational pension, will count as income in determining whether or not you can claim her as a qualifying relative or not.  However, you do NOT include her income on your return even if you can claim her as a dependent.  If she has taxable income, she will need to file her own return.   NOTE:  If the pension from the UK is paid by the UK or its political subdivisions or local authorities, it is treated like social security.    If you are not able to claim her as a dependent, even though your name is on the 1095-A, it will need to be added to her return as well.  If you are both listed on it, you will both add it to each of your returns and then select that you shared this policy with another tax payer, then walk through the steps for shared allocation percentages.  You can choose 50% or any number from 0-100% as long as the number on both returns adds up to 100%.    Since your mother is from the UK, what is her Residency status?  Is she a US Citizen that came back home or is she a Resident Alien or Non-Resident Alien?  If she is a non-resident alien, she would need to file a form 1040-NR which TurboTax does not support.  However, this can be filed with our partner Sprintax.com. Also, if she is a non-resident alien, even if she does fall below the income limits,  you would not be able to claim her as a dependent on you return.   To claim someone as a Qualifying Relative, they must be: Your child ( including step children, adoptive children and foster children) or a descendent of them Your sibling (including half siblings) or a child of your sibling or a sibling-in-law Your parent or grandparents, including step parents and in laws Any other person that lived with you for the entire tax year Not a qualifying child of another taxpayer Someone that you provided over half of their support for during the tax year A US Citizen, or resident of Canada or Mexico Have a valid social security number Has less than $5,200 in income (not counting nontaxable social security)

I have foreign taxes totally over $300.  They are from multiple countries.  Turbotax Deluxe allows me to list the countries, but when I go to fill in the amounts, it only lets me fill in the amount from 1 country before erasing it all and starting over.  I used to be able to go to form 1116 and fill it in manually.  I don't know how to do that now.  I've been a loyal customer for years, but perhaps it's time for a change.

Hi, I was charged for TurboTax Live Expert Assist, but I never used any of the expert features — no calls, chats, or review. I didn’t realize I was upgraded to that version and just completed my return on my own. I only needed to file with investment forms (stocks/crypto), but I didn’t use any expert help. Is it possible to get a refund or adjust my price to the regular Premium version instead

Yes, it can.  If you had to ID Verify, the IRS website says it can take "up to 9 weeks" after ID verification to process the return and receive a refund.   But it doesn't always take that long.   It says "up to."   In other words, there's no good way to know.   If it takes longer than 9 weeks, you can phone them to check on the delay.

The 2nd screenshot with the entries on the 1099-DIV looks standard way to do it, that should be driving the amount of non-AZ muni interest added to your return.  You don't need to enter every state just states not taxable in AZ (note this may include territories like Puerto Rico etc) and the rest as "Multiple States".  But check the total on your AZ return, there can sometimes be an issue with that 1099-DIV screen.   I'm not familiar with AZ but looking at instructions below for Form 140 - to me it's looks like this is not included in your return, it's for your records in event of an audit so you probably have some latitude - I certainly wouldn't list each state here, or you could list the fund name(s).  You can check the PDF for "return only" to see if this schedule is in there for peace of mind.  Certainly keep the statements and supplemental info with the state % breakdown you used.   https://azdor.gov/forms/individual/form-140-arizona-resident-personal-income-tax-booklet   If you received tax exempt interest from municipal bonds, keep a schedule listing the payors and the amount received from each payor for your records. You should also keep supporting documents for amounts received from Arizona municipal bonds that are exempt from Arizona income tax. These may be items such as bank statements, brokerage statements, etc.
