Can you clarify if you are using TurboTax(1040) or TurboTax Business (1065, 1120S)?  Thanks. @publisher1977

I filed on 2/7.  NJ confirmed receipt.  I checked the week before last -- received, have not yet begun processing.  I checked again this past week -- no record of my filing.  And I entered all information correctly.  I sent an email to the NJ department that handles income taxes -- canned response that I'll get an answer in 15 days.
I understand, I think.  I don't understand why your AI help still states that this service will be offered prior to me submitting the tax forms to the govt.  Recommend you fix your help facility.
To request a Service code, you will need to contact a support agent over the phone, at: TurboTax Customer Service

Try using zero for each spouse.   Often when you file late or amend, the AGI does not make it into the system soon enough to allow you to use the 2024 AGI to e-file the following year.
The IRS probably does not have the 2024 AGI for your Social Security numbers in their database. Enter a 0 (zero) for the 2024 AGI for each of you and e-file the tax return again.

Same issue, TurboTax Premier for Desktop (Mac) here.  Super frustrating as I have already imported half my accounts with 100s of transactions needing review, ESPP details, etc. and now need to import new 1099s that just came online.  I will have lost several hours if I have to redo everything.   Though @Polkadot1 is reporting some improvements I am curious whether it's the difference between: (1) Multiple accounts for different individuals at the same institution vs. (2)  Multiple accounts under the same individual at the same institution    Scenario (1) has worked for me with our accounts at Chase.  TT has two different "blocks" of imported docs from Chase.  (one associated with my wife's logins and retirement accounts, the other with my login, my retirement accounts, and our shared brokerage accounts). But Scenario (2) still fails when I'm trying to import new 1099s from my Chase account that were not available during my first import.  Did all the steps folks describe, I can uncheck all the already-imported docs, yet TT still forces me to delete all the work I've done.     Any hope of a refined fix?   - Manual import using category summaries is not a great option due to some wash sale rules (no way in TT to summarize those wash adjustments, would probably need a workaround adjustment in form mode) - Using TT online is also not a good option because for some reason TT online doesn't correctly categorize my investment sales (short/long term, covered/noncovered imports correctly on desktop but not on web version) -- and there are about 2500 total transactions that would need to be individually recategorized.

Thanks for your answer.  I was able to do it properly (i think) for a property placed in service for 2025 (the same year).  However, I have another property that has been in service for several years.  How do you do it for that situation?   I have all the information.  I just don't know how to put in the information for this scenario.

I got married in 2024.  My husband filed as single.  I had not filed yet.  We I was ready to file found out that he had filed single so we filed a 1040-X as a married couple.  We mailed in the return.   This year we rolled the form in turbo tax and filed married from the start but when we filed electronically both IRS and state were rejected saying the AGI entered doesn't match what the IRS has in their database.  The AGI used was the amount on the 1040-X which is the only filing that I was on for 2024 and shows our joint income.  What should I include here?  I really prefer not to mail my return again this year.

You can't draw any conclusions about deductions from the amount of tax that you owe. You have to look at the deductions themselves. Look at your Schedule A in forms mode. Look at the actual tax form, not a summary screen in TurboTax. What are the exact amounts on Schedule A lines 5a through 5e, 6, and 7? Is the box checked on line 5a to the left of the amount? Between line 5e and line 6 there is a State and Local Tax Deduction Smart Worksheet. Are there any entries in that Smart Worksheet? If so, that is the phase-down that dmertz is referring to.
Doug 34 reply did the trick, was able to import/transfer data and do my TurboTax.   Very useful and thanks to all for the data.

Thank you for sending the file.   The large negative figure on Line 13e of the California Tax Payments Worksheet is in red and identified as a Override.   If you backspace over all of the figures in red on Line 13e, they will disappear and you will have the correct total state withholding on Line 14.    @user17735321825
