@james90day The New Jersey Partnership tax forms are not supported for e-filing. They can only be printed and mailed.
Go to this website for the New Jersey Partnership forms availability in TurboTax - https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotaxbusiness_nj_windows_partner...
Thank you. I appreciate your fast and honest answer.

I think the problem is the message is incorrect. I ended up just trying to file my federal taxes and it processed. They should be able to do the programming to have the correct message based on the state that you are trying to submit since you pay a separate price to use TurboTax for your state taxes.
I think some of the state forms aren't ready yet, and that's the hold up for my NY Subchapter S return. The new message when I open the software (daily) lists a couple and says they are "Ready soon" for e-filing.
Let's hope so.
My Texas S Corp cannot e-File either!
Try just submitting your federal return and not the franchise tax form. That was the only way I was able to get anything to transmit.
I have the same problem with my State Taxes
today is march 4th is there any solution to this problem. I have uninstalled and re-installed my turbotax business several times
My Texas Forms will not file either... they are telling me to print and mail because Form 8453 is not supported?
@careed85, Form 8453 is for individual returns and needs to be mailed in within 3 days of acceptance by the IRS for an electronically filed return. It's used to send supporting documents as requested on the form and cannot be e-filed.
Hey @TiffanyL !
Thanks for the reply! I was able to file my federal forms using TurboTax, but I could not file my state forms. I called the Texas Comptroller and was told we could not file through 3rd parties until the end of the month (they were not sure why this was happening) and to try the comptroller's webfile system, which worked. I do not know why I could not EFile through Turbo Tax (I do not believe the issue stems from form 8453), but check with your state's website to see if you can file your state taxes there.
Hopefully this helps!
