After entering my driver's license info, we advanced to the next page in order to enter my wife's information but the page wouldn't load, it just has the spinning icon as if it's going to load but doesn't. It has been doing this for more than 90 minutes
At this time of year all the way up to April 15, there is heavy traffic in the Turbo Tax site. You might sign out and try a little later. Also clear your Cache and Cookies in your browser and see if this might help.
On screen where it says just three more steps and when I click on the Review your order which is the only highlighted one, it goes to 'Hmm, looks like we hit a slight sang in this section."
My internet is still connected and I've tried several times to get past this and have not been successful. Please advise if I can save my info and try tomorrow if this technical issue isn't gonna be resolved any time soon.

Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out your browser's cache and delete the cookies stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly.

yes i paid and its stuck on the last two steps i entered my direct deposit info and it just keeps taking me to this credit karma card and i dont want that, it wont let me finish the second step and start the third. this seems like a scam because money was taken from my card !!!! i cleared my computer and changed devices still doesnt work !!!

Trying to get passes the refund information part everything is good was accepted for an advance but when I finish’s it it will not go to signing process
Can someone let me know what you did to get pass the second payment step? Im stuck after state bank info. It won't let me go to last step.
