When I did where is my refund is say it has no information.
This is what I just received from TPG via email :
We apologize as the call volume may be high. TPG understands your frustration for the delay. Refunds are batched and sent back to IRS once a month for processing. Once the funds are returned to the IRS, its standard processing time is about 10 - 12 weeks. Thank you for your patience.
Hope this helps anyone that hasn’t received anything or gotten a callback or a response.
This is normal. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to update and show the status. The 21 days is just an estimated time frame. The IRS began processing returns on 2/12, you may not find a record of it or the website may say that you have put in incorrect information when tracking your federal refund. As your return moves through the system, the status of it will be updated.
Since Turbo Tax will not have the status of your refund, continue checking the Where’s My Federal Refund tool for updates. Updates are made daily, usually overnight.

No, you would not get an email or phone call from the IRS. They don't normally contact folks that way initially as first contact. If they change your refund amount or need additional information from you, you would get a letter in postal mail. NOTE: An email or phone call claiming to be from the "IRS" should raise suspicion of a scam.
While most folks who efile and choose direct deposit will get a refund within 21 days, it's not unusual to take more than 21 days. It may mean it has been pulled aside for some manual review. How long it takes also depends on how you filed--by efile, or if you filed a printed return on paper in postal mail.
There are some things you should check:
If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.
If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.

TIPS when using the IRS WMR tool:
You can also try phoning the IRS refund hotline. I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't. 800-829-1954

Me too.

The 21 days is only an IRS target, it is not a guarantee.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Im getting worried where is my refund

The IRS says most filers who efile and choose direct deposit will get their Federal refunds within 21 days after being accepted, but for some it can be considerably longer. Some returns are processed fairly quickly, while others require additional processing due to specific items in the return. Some are pulled at random for more thorough investigation. It also depends on "how" one filed--by efile or by printing a paper return and filing by postal mail. Here are some things you should check:
If you efiled, you should double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.

The IRS said i should have received my refund in 21 days and i have not.
I am worried it's been more than 21 days.
I don't understand, why all I get on the IRS website, is some BS that basically just sounds like an excuse about lazy, overpaid and under worked, government employees, that's just like, "oh, we're so sorry it's taking longer than expected, to pay money back to to that we extorted from you in the first place, to make some interest on, so we can pay back the billions we owe China".... I want my GD money!

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
