It's been 21 days and I haven't received my federal refund. I checked the, "Where is my refund" on the irs.gov. I keep getting the status say, "Your refund have been received but is being processed". I don't understand what's wrong because I efiled my taxes. I need some help on what to do.

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 4 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions." It should then transfer you to an agent.

i called the irs to see why was it taking so long for me to receive my refund which was filed the first week of February. She told me that I would receive a letter in the mail and I should wait for it to come to see what I would need to do next. But why would my taxes be reviewed if only thing changed was my child care.
The review means that your return is pending because IRS is verifying information on your tax return. They may contact you before processing your return.

The online link is your best option to track your refund. I have attached a link with more answers from the IRS as to why your refund may be taking longer to process.
IRS said, "Your refund was sent to your bank through direct deposit on 9/1/2021. if your refund is not credited to your account, check with your bank to find out if it has been received". I have checked with my bank every day since 9/6/2021, but it has not received it. How can I get my refund back?
@yao1932 Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? if so you need to check with the third party bank.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
And....check with your own bank, too. If you used a wrong account or wrong routing number on the bankng information when you filed the return, the bank sends it back to the IRS. Then the IRS mails a paper check to the address on your tax return.
