They did not apply for advance loan refund.Charged me more then quoted. I CANT afford $139 , without advance loan. Plus going in wrong bank account?

You must apply for the Refund Advance when you choose your refund method.  However, the option is not available for everyone.

Your community account shows that you used TurboTax Online Self-Employed to prepare your tax return.  At the time I'm posting this reply, the cost of that program is $89 and State preparation is an additional $39.

If you find you're not able to afford the TurboTax fees at this time, you have the option of paying with your tax refund.  You will find more information in this Help Article:  What is Refund Processing Service?

It's not clear to me whether or not you have already successfully filed your return.  If you haven't, you can change your bank account information using these steps.  If you've already filed and realize you entered the incorrect bank information, in most cases the IRS will mail you a refund check.  Refer to the following Help Article for more information:  What if I entered the wrong bank account for direct deposit?
