I've tried calling TurboTax multiple times throughout the past few weeks I've never gotten through to anyone I always get stuck on the automated message or they hang up while I'm on hold I filed through the TurboTax app on my phone I have screenshots showing that my federal was accepted for $1,381 I only got $233 back, I have emailed multiple times I've got no response. Also I definitely don't have onset fees a child or any of that so they should not be taking anything out this is like my second year filing I have nothing they should be taking that out for

Did you use Pay with Refund for your TurboTax fees? If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third-party processor (SBTPG) to have the fees and the service charge deducted. SBTPG will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund or questions regarding the amount received, you will need to contact SBTPG, using their secure website.
If you did not use Pay with Refund then only the IRS would be able to provide information about why your tax refund was smaller than expected. You can contact them by following the steps in this help article: How do I contact the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)?
No I did not and I definitely have no student loans I do not have a child and I have no fees, thousands of people are having issues like this and the IRS cannot help with it, it is something within TurboTax or tpg that's doing this.
We know how important your refund is and we apologize. You'll get an email message from us shortly letting you know when to expect the rest of your refund.
In the meantime, please refer to these Turbo Tax help articles.

In this public forum we cannot diagnose why your refund has been reduced. For additional information, please see this Help Article or this Turbo Tax blog.
I understand that but the problem is there is no reason for my refund to be reduced I have no student loans I don't have a child and I definitely don't have offsets this is my second year filing and I know it's not anything to do with the IRS it's to do with the tpg bank and turbotax taking thousands from people, y'all need to fix this we need this money that we have earned.

Have you checked the IRS tax refund website?
Does the IRS website indicate that you were sent less than what was reported on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 34? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
I have no way of seeing my 1040 every time I try it goes to load and then fails, I have the screenshots from the TurboTax app that my federal was accepted for $1,381 but only $233 was deposited into my bank account, there is no reason for anything to be taken out of my refund I have no offsets, student loans nor children, I was told by another representative that I would be getting an email shortly to when I was going to get the rest of my refund so when will that be because it's been a week

Then you will have to contact the Tax Products Group and speak with agent since you did not receive the correct amount of the federal tax refund.
Okay so I've tried contacting TPG multiple times through multiple different ways every time I call it says my social is invalid and I cannot speak to anyone so please tell me how can I speak to someone without going through that again?
