If you did not receive the first two stimulus payments you were supposed to indicate that on your tax return when using the TurboTax program.  If you indicated that you did NOT receive those payments then there will be a Recovery Rebate Credit entered on your 2020 federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30.  The Credit will be included in the federal tax refund.

Look at your tax return Form 1040 Line 30.  Is there an amount entered on Line 30?

Additionally, if the IRS has information that those payments were already sent to you, they will remove the credit from your refund.  The first payment EIP1 is $1,200 and the second payment EIP2 is $600.

Go to the IRS website for your tax account and see if there are stimulus payments shown on your account - https://www.irs.gov/payments/your-online-account

@Vaunger93  First of all--

This is a public web site that can be seen by anyone—including scammers and would-be identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax.  Please remove the personal information you posted here ASAP by returning to your post and clicking the three little blue dots on the upper right to edit your post.

The way to get the 1st and/or 2nd stimulus check is to file a 2020 tax return and use the recovery rebate credit.  Then the stimulus amount will show up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040 and will be added to your refund.

But you can no longer prepare a 2020 return using online software----it is too late.   The online software and e-filing for 2020 is permanently closed.   A 2020 return has to be filed by mail now, and it will take about six months---maybe longer--- for the IRS to process it.

Online preparation and e-filing for 2018 and 2019 and 2020 is permanently closed.

To file a return for a prior tax year

If you need to prepare a return for 2018, 2019 or 2020 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign,  and mail the return(s)

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.

Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.

Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses.  Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.

Note:  The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac.  It cannot be used on a mobile device.

If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline.  If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax

The stimulus check is an advance on a credit you can receive on your 2020 tax return.  If something went wrong or you did not get the stimulus check in 2020, you can get it when you file your 2020 return in early 2021

The Recovery Rebate Credit will be found in the FEDERAL REVIEW section. ( you should see "Let's make sure you got the right stimulus amount”)  If you are eligible it will end up on line 30 of your 2020 Form 1040.

Make sure that you enter ALL of the stimulus money received for the 1st and 2nd stimulus for yourself, your spouse and your children.
