You have to sign onto your 2019 online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2019 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

Here's how to find your User IDs; i.e., other accounts, reset password, and regain access.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs, reset password, and recover account access, etc., you can use the tool at the link below. When using the Account Recovery tool, try using your phone number first IF you can still access it. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.

If still no luck after running that on your phone number you can still access and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, scroll down a bit, then choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.

The 2019 AGI is found on your 2019 Federal tax return Form 1040 Line 8b
To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on View adjusted gross income (AGI)

Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $43 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

This is a public user community forum on the Internet--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. You should not post any personal info here in public. You could get spammed/scammed from a public forum. You can edit your comment above to remove your personal info, and I've also notified a Moderator who may beat you to it. To edit, click the tiny 3-dot blue icon just to the right of your comment, then choose Edit.
No one can email you a tax return. In fact, it is not safe and not secure to email such a sensitive document in regular email. It has a large amount of sensitive personal info, including possibly bank account numbers.
Since the title of this thread is about 2019 returns, that's what I'll address.
NOTE: If your 2019 return was prepared in desktop TurboTax (CD/download), it will NOT be in an online account. So the info below is for a return prepared in Online TurboTax.
When you log into TurboTax for the first time this year, you may or may not yet have the Tax Home tab and Documents tab visible in the left menu column. If they're not there, then you may have to first proceed a little further by answering some preliminary screens and may even need to choose a 2020 product to get them to appear (you are not obligated to use it.) Once you continue far enough to have those tabs, here are a couple of ways to get to the prior returns:
You can click on Documents in the left menu and then a dropdown list of years should appear. Choose the year, and then way off to the right of the screen, you should see a link to download the PDF. See this image:
.
.
.
If that didn't work, here's another method:
Go to the Tax Home. Scroll down the Tax Home page to the section "Your Tax Returns & Documents." Expand that section and choose the tax year you want. Then you can choose to "Download/print the PDF", or if you just need the 2019 AGI, then once you choose 2019 there should be a link to "View adjusted gross income (AGI.)"
If you do all that, but there's no evidence of prior returns in that section "Your Tax Returns & Documents", then you likely have multiple accounts and signed into the wrong one. Many people end up with multiple accounts.

Sorry, but that tells us nothing. So with nothing to go on and based solely on the title of this thread, I'll assume you are asking how to get a copy of a 2019 return prepared in Online TurboTax. If you've already tried, you didn't say what and where the roadblock is, but my detailed answer at the link below will cover a lot of bases.
For ease, here's a direct link to my detailed answer in this same thread:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/re-i-need-a-copy-of-my-2019-tax-return-i...
My answer describes two ways to find a prior-year return that was prepared online, and I also provided an image.
If both of the methods are unsuccessful, then you may have multiple accounts. And my detailed answer at the link above also tells how to troubleshoot to find and access multiple accounts.
Re: I need a copy of my 2019 tax return. I can't find it on this new website?
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
