You will need to reach out directly to card services regarding support for your prepaid debit card!

Not true.! I sat there for 10 minutes while they repeated and then they freaking hung up on me. Ugh
Please call toll-free at (888) 285-4169. Do not choose option 2. The recording will repeat a few times, but then you will get more options.
sorry was trying to do things at once . But I was able to speak to a rep by calling the number I found on a prepaid green dot card at Walmart . This was a year ago so don’t remember details . I just grabbed the first prepaid greendot card I seen I. Called the number and I pushed 0 or voice responded the I needed to speak to rep and was directed to a rep within a couple of mintues they were able to assist me with my turbo tax. Card .
@bedwoods You can use the last 4 of the card you lost. Iyou can find the on the turbo tax app under the balance or on the website. Pull up transactions. Click on receipt for any of your transactions and it willl give you last 4

The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.
Follow the steps below.
Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.
Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.
i Did that but than recording says since I have more than one green dot account I must enter card info. But I have got the issue taken care of thank you for your help.
