 TurboPrepaidCard.com or  (888) 285-4169 is useless.  Unable to reach a representative.  Need a person to speak to as none of these options apply to my issue with direct deposit not applied to my card!  What kind of company does not provide customer service?

I don't know what else to do anymore! I have been having the worst experience with you guys! No communication and no help at all! I have no access to my fund at all because when I had lost my card and found it I called to have the temp block removed and instead it made me go through the process of calling and getting a new card!!!!!! I even picked the option to have it sent in 1 to three days and it didnt get here till today. Then when I tried to register my new card it says it cant cause its canceled out too!!! What the hell am I supposed to do!!!??? I need access to my funds for my two babies!!! This is unacceptable and awdul. How can I get my money out and cancel this account! Somebody answer!!!!

Do you know the federal tax refund was issued/sent?

What does the IRS website for the status of a federal tax refund indicate - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I agree... You can't transfer the money, you can't talk to anyone and I ordered something and they charged me twice for it. I called Best Buy and they said that turbo tax double charged me but they will refund it later. They must have all our money tied up in stocks or something...

Hello, I have close my turbo tax debit card by mistake. Is there a way u can Activate it. I will watch my email  if you need my information. I don’t want someone to get. Phone # is [phone number removed].   Tracy Anderson

No one from this forum or from TurboTax can access your debit card account.

I don’t remember my login and I do not have my card. I waited literally an hour on hold for customer service and NOTHING. How am I supposed to receive a new card or access my account if I can’t speak to someone??
