You cannot transfer funds to PayPal trust me I tried.. Turbo is no longer accepting transfer to PayPal but green dot yes

THERE'S NO POINT IN GOING TO THE WEBSITE OR CALLING THAT NUMBER. IF YOU CAN'T GET ANSWERS FOR YOUR PARTICULAR ISSUE, YOU'RE OUT OF LUCK ON THE SITE AND THE PHONE NUMBER IS POINTLESS. IT'S AUTOMATED AND IT DOES NOT HAVE THESE ANSWERS. SO IN OTHER WORDS, WE SHOULD HAVE HAD AN OPTION WHEN DOING OUR TAXES TO LOAD OUR MONEY ONTO A CARD THAT HAD A COMPANY THAT ACTUALLY ANSWERS THE PHONE. AUTOMATED DOESN'T GET IT. No, you can't. I did this process. I sent from the card online to my email, thinking that it would go to my paypal. It did not. It sent an email to me with a link to click on to "claim" the funds being sent. When I clicked on the link, it sent me to the turbo card site and asked me if I accepted the funds, to please enter a turbo card or green dot card for it to be loaded onto. So, yes it states that you can send to paypal, but you cannot.

I HAVE A SOLUTION TO AN ISSUE. EVERYONE THAT HAS THE TURBOTAX PREPAID CARD AND IS TRYING TO TRANSFER YOUR FUNDS TO PAYPAL OR YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT..... YOU MUST ATTACH YOUR ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER FOR THE TURBO CARD "BANKING INFO" (WHICH IS ON THE APP OR SITE) TO YOUR PAYPAL. WHICH IS BASICALLY GREEN DOT, WHO SUCK BY THE WAY. ONCE YOU ATTACH YOUR "BANKING" INFO, WITHIN TWO DAYS YOUR INFO WILL BE VERIFIED AND THEN YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR MONEY ON THE PAYPAL SITE TO YOUR REGULAR BANK ACCOUNT!
