No, you can't. I did this process. I sent from the card online to my email, thinking that it would go to my paypal. It did not. It sent an email to me with a link to click on to "claim" the funds being sent. When I clicked on the link, it sent me to the turbo card site and asked me if I accepted the funds, to please enter a turbo card or green dot card for it to be loaded onto. So, yes it states that you can send to paypal, but you cannot.
