No.  And they don't sell the Desktop programs either.  They only sell the last 3 years.  You will have to go somewhere else or get the blank forms from the IRS to fill out by hand.

No not at all.  Online is ONLY for 2019--no other year can be prepared using TurboTax online software. And even the desktop software for those tax years is not available any more.  Only software for 2016, 2017, and 2018 is available and supported.

If you need to prepare returns for 2010 or 2011 you can seek professional paid tax help or get the paper forms from the IRS and prepare them by hand to mail in.  It is too late to receive tax refunds for those years, but if you owe tax, you still have to pay.

No.  TurobTax online is only availble for tax year 2019

TurboTax does not support tax years prior to 2016

A tax return from a year prior to 2016 with a tax refund will not be paid since the return is being filed after the statute of limitations for a tax refund has expired.

If taxes are owed then the tax return has to be filed.  Use a paid tax professional in your area for assistance with the prior year tax returns.
