Has anyone received the advance approval email from the first Century Bank?

Does this include Saturday and Sunday? Because I was approved on Thursday and the IRS excepted my return on Thursday 48 hours will be Saturday does this mean I will have to wait until Monday?

No it did not and I still have not received any correspondence from the bank indicating the denial reason! In addition to being denied, I have not received my card from TurboTax yet! I filed on the 19th! Not happy and actually nervous

Was the return accepted on the 19th?  Once your return is accepted your card should be delivered in  5-10 business days (remember: Saturday, Sunday, and official holidays don't count as business days). That’s not true, the card is issued once filed, not from the approval date! 5-10 business days is when it should arrive. My daughter and I filed the same day and she received her card 4 days later. Our returns were both filed on the 19th and approved on the 27th. I spoke with Greendot and they had no explanation as to why my card had not been sent out. They put in a request today to reissue since it has been past 10 days.

What did the email say when you were approved? Like the email that said you were approved for x amount. Could you share it so I can make sure I got approved too? Bc I haven't got funds either. If you don't mind,  Copy &paste

@Highvibes619 i don’t think anyone who got the advance received the approval letter like turbos website states. I spoke directly to the bank and they have a 30 day window for correspondence, that would be denial or approval. If you did not receive an email from green dot like this :

“As a reminder, your Turbo Visa Debit Card, issued by Green Dot Bank¹, will arrive soon. Although you were not approved for a Refund Advance, your refund amount, less any applicable fees and the cost of any products or services agreed to, will be loaded onto your card when the IRS or state tax authorities distributes your refund.”

then I’d assume you were approved and you’ll get an email when the funds load. Unfortunately turbos entire advance set up is jacked. So nothing the website or these tax expert robots will explain what is actually happening.
