That’s not true, the card is issued once filed, not from the approval date! 5-10 business days is when it should arrive. My daughter and I filed the same day and she received her card 4 days later. Our returns were both filed on the 19th and approved on the 27th. I spoke with Greendot and they had no explanation as to why my card had not been sent out. They put in a request today to reissue since it has been past 10 days.
