@Highvibes619 i don’t think anyone who got the advance received the approval letter like turbos website states. I spoke directly to the bank and they have a 30 day window for correspondence, that would be denial or approval. If you did not receive an email from green dot like this :
“As a reminder, your Turbo Visa Debit Card, issued by Green Dot Bank¹, will arrive soon. Although you were not approved for a Refund Advance, your refund amount, less any applicable fees and the cost of any products or services agreed to, will be loaded onto your card when the IRS or state tax authorities distributes your refund.”
then I’d assume you were approved and you’ll get an email when the funds load. Unfortunately turbos entire advance set up is jacked. So nothing the website or these tax expert robots will explain what is actually happening.
