Can't access my turbo prepaid card account online to view my card information

I am having the sabre problem. It's like the whole company disappeared. I call and the number says the wireless called is unavailable! How can it be a wireless? Isn't it a company? I go online and it won't load. I tried the ATM and it says information is unavailable. What can we do to get our money? I had not heard about it being loaded on the 2018 card until reading your question. I too threw my card out when after receiving my new card...which took forever to even receive. I could use my stimulus just like everyone else and its causing a lot of anxiety.

Just call greendot they should be able to link your new card on that payment. Also your acct number or routing never changes so if it was sent than it should be on the new card. They dont send to card it gets sent to green dot bank. Just call greendot

Also you can go on your turbo tax n ask to speak to live representative n going to say to upgrade. N someone will call you. At the end your going to have to pay. I just gave irs my credit union.

Ive been to the get my payment site. Ive entered all correct information for 2019 and 2018 and they say they dont have either of them on file. Which is bulls$%. The site is a fuc$&%@ joke the irs lies. And nobody will help with anything. Even the number on the back of my card nobody. They say they care about the people but they really dont..

It seems to be everybody who has turbo cards. I had the same thing. So i just put in my credit union info im so done with this fake ass card. But if you have cash app u can put cash app info. If I were you I would go in and put a different card. N fyi its going to ask for your refund amout not including your state. And your AGI also. Look it up on your turbo app in bottom of page. If you put wrong info it will lock u out for 24 hrs. Good luck

Already did all that 2018 i was theough h&r block emerald card and 2019 turbo card. I entered all the correct info and they say that they dont have my information. And ive been through h&r block sense i started to do taxes just one year i did turbo tax because i thought it was free. They wouldn't let me move forward unless i upgraded to deluxe. And when i called they said i was getting it and that i should get a email from my bank soon. That **bleep**ing lied also. **bleep** them all!!!

Answer this intuit why are the people that paid you guy throung there refund not getting there stimulus money on there card. Because you gave the irs a bogus bank account right so what are you guys doing to fix it? Because when i enter all my correct info in get my payment the irs say they dont have it you guys are to blame for this. There should be consequences for this bs.. i think turbotax should have to pay all the peopme they screwed over with that crap. Thwy know they are to blame thats why they dont respond anymore.😡🤬🤬

I forgot my user ID for my turbo debit & also I lost my card . I don’t know what to do. When I call it asks me for the last 4 numbers of the card. I don’t know it

The issue is no one answers that phone number. I've called 40 times never even rings. I dont have my card to put in the info to get my account info. I cant order a new card without my account info....

If you do not know your card or account number it will ask for your social security number.

If you have multiple accounts they ask for the last 4 numbers on your card.... the card that's lost lol

Why is there literally no way to find out my Account LOG IN Info when I don’t have my card??? Literally if you don’t have your card and forget your info there is no way right now to find out what you Logs are!!!
