You can every get anyone to talk to on that number called 8 time over half hour wait every time phone goes quiet after 20 mins this is bull if i request a new card will my second stimulus money go on the new card seems i cant access this card or get anything to work with it
I can’t access any of it I have put in my card number my username and password and social security everything and even tried to call and was on hold for like 45 mins and no answer it has also Locked me out for 24 hours but can’t access nothing

No one answers the phone you do all prompts and wait for 20 mins and it hangs up
I've tried everything I could to get access to my account even tried to order a new card and it says my info is not valid I called the 1800 number and I was on the phone for 3 hours exactly and no one answered and the call was disconnected I really need to find out what going on ..On the irs website it says my money was sent but I was able to get on the website for the card but it say I have no money on there please tell me there is something that can be done at a time like this I need that money I can be reach at [email address removed] or [phone number removed]

nothing is working you can’t access nothing with out the card number and I do not have that card anymore and they send my stimulus check to that account which I have not used since 2018 I don’t want account with turbo anymore because you can’t rest nothing unless you have the card number and you guys customer service number are not helpful at all I need to close out my account with turbo and get my stimulus check sent to a different card

I'm a loyal was a loyal turbo tax customer until today, your customer service is a joke! I will not be using or recommending your services. 1hour and 40min on hold 2 days in a row only to have them hangup on me before they even said hello...
I cannot activate my card every time I try it’s says information not valid then when I call they keep hanging up in my face
