Thank you for taking an action. However, it doesnt have anything to do with anything that i said.

I have a card, and its active. Nothing slightly related to a lost or inactive card was stated.

Is there a "Live" response, that you can provide that will provide just a minimal level of assistance with anything i did say, i would be very very grateful. Like if you know the times (EST) that the turbocard updates throut the day... Now THAT would be helpfu.

My account info wasnt on the irs either but i found it on my Turbo Tax documents under routing number and account number and entered it in. Hopefully it comes soon.

But i cant log in to my turbo card app, online, or thru phone. It’s ridiculous

well because I withdrew all my money I only had about $0.35 on my card so I tested it at a vending machine and got a $2 pop and it worked where as it normally would not.  So all I can do is assume that the money went through. When I try to log into my laundry in all I get is the connecting screen over and over.  I just it just sits there and says connecting for like 10 minutes

I went on IRS portal and it says it does not have my bank info. I filed my 2019 taxes and used a turbo debit card so yes they did have my bank info but for some reason it didnt work. I ended up entering my Chase account

Yeah when I try to load my tax turbo card it just says loading and then it goes to error if I'm a let me go on it yesterday I'm at now it's doing it again I haven't had a problem with it the whole time that I've had it I got my tax refund and everything in it was just fine
