Thank you for taking an action. However, it doesnt have anything to do with anything that i said.

 

I have a card, and its active. Nothing slightly related to a lost or inactive card was stated.

 

Is there a "Live" response, that you can provide that will provide just a minimal level of assistance with anything i did say, i would be very very grateful. Like if you know the times (EST) that the turbocard updates throut the day... Now THAT would be helpfu.
