Need to get access to my jointly filed tax returns my husband filed and won’t show me how do I get access to it ? He filed through turbo tax

You cannot get access unless you know the account and username he used.  BUT you can get a free transcript from the IRS:

https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

There seems to be more to this story.  Your spouse cannot file a joint return without your permission, and you have every right to see that return--it has your name and Social Security number on it and your information on it.  And if he e-filed it, it has your "electronic" signature.  

Although you can get the federal return from the IRS, you might have to pursue the state return through your state somehow.  The IRS will not know anything about your state return.

Thank you ! There is a lot , we’ve been married 6 years and got married at 18 . I was very young so I always allowed him to file for us . Since then he was served with divorce papers but never followed up . We tried working it out so I’ve always let him claim my daughter and I since were married BUT I never knew I had to sign a joint filing . He has never showed me that actual amount of our tax refund he’s always just “told me” he lied and said he wasn’t able to access his turbo tax because it was linked to him military email so I made one to see if with my social I can get access to them . I know the user name but I don’t know the account pass word or his passwords for the two emails he has on line . I know his social and since he’s military I was trying to avoid going directly to the irs . Yes I allowed him to file joint but I never gave him permission to sign on my behalf nor did I know I had to sign because he won’t show me the actual refund...

You can get that transcript from the IRS online using your own Social Security number.  Or for a fee of $50 you can get an actual copy of the tax return.  As for "claiming" you-- a spouse can never be claimed as a dependent.  When you are a married couple, you can file a joint return and claim your child as a dependent.  
Obtaining the transcript from the IRS will not get your spouse in "trouble" if that is what you are worried about.  You have every right to know what was filed with your name on it, as your divorce attorney will also tell you.  If he filed a joint return, then the tax refunds had YOUR name on them, too.  The IRS issues tax returns for joint returns to both of the people whose names are on the return.  Sorry you are married to someone you cannot trust.  Sounds like it time for you start learning about taxes and finances for yourself.

Yes , it’s very sad that he’s so disgustingly greedy but thank you for the info . I wa a just trying to see if I could access them without waiting to contact him because I know all his information but I don’t know his password ..so if I’m not a dependent to him and we are only claiming our child as one since he said he files joint do I legally have to sign the papers ? Because I’ve not only never seen a tax return actual statement I’ve never signed or gave my permission to sing for me and he does not have power of attorney ? When filing jointly is it legal for him to just sign my name stating that I’ve seen all this info and what not without me knowing ? He will just give me 1,000

A joint tax return requires that both of the people sign the return.  If the return was mailed, then you were supposed to use a pen and sign it yourself.  So he might have forged your signature if he printed and mailed it.  Or if he e-filed, he "signed" it electronically, but that was still your "electronic signature"  on the return.  You are legally responsible for what that return said.  If he falsified any information on those returns, you will have a problem.
Again--get a free transcript of your return(s) from the IRS so you can see what was on them.  You can use your own Social Security number to get the transcripts.

So even if I said yes file joint but I didn’t give him permission to sign the document for me because I had no idea he’s nevrr even let me see the return and he went and signed electronically without me knowing I don’t even have access to what my electronic signature is , is he allowed to do that ? You knew your spouse was filing a joint return and went along with it, so he could "sign" electronically for you. It only takes one person to sit at the keyboard and do that.   That he did not show you the tax return or tell you anything about it is a problem you have within your marriage.  If you are now divorcing and you have a child, it is time to start learning -- get your past return transcripts so you will have income information to share with your attorney.

thank you we already received the state and he said the federal came and gave me my part of it. However he's saying that the stimulus has not arrived yet I don't know if that's true or not because he lies I need to find that out because I don't have access to his bank account now instead of doing the split refund with information and form I gave him he just had it all go into his account

Thank you but we are divorced. He moved out of his house and move in with his girlfriend in October I am still at the house. He was not going to file because he was only going to get 300 so he thought mine would make no difference sweet it added $800 more. I said please come here we will file them together he refused to I didn't want to argue any longer and he took the information and I'm still waiting for a copy I saw briefly on his phone. I just want to know where the stimulus is if it did come or not. no we don't have any children together I do not have an attorney neither one of us did the divorce was final back in February

I will try that I tried seeing if I could figure out what his username and password was on TurboTax Idaho them to originally give it to me since he filled or not but haven't filed yet. And he said I can't remember it so I have to use my fingerprint okay another lie anyway I just want to know if our stimulus came that's all I'm trying to find out and they tell you to track it on the IRS website but every website lead you to the same answer which is nothing just what I already know but thank you now was that two separate website you sent

 I tried to get the transcript right after he filed and every time I got to a certain point Tim for the electronic when it froze the system did maybe it was my phone
