I wa a just trying to see if I could access them without waiting to contact him because I know all his information but I don’t know his password ..so if I’m not a dependent to him and we are only claiming our child as one since he said he files joint do I legally have to sign the papers ? Because I’ve not only never seen a tax return actual statement I’ve never signed or gave my permission to sing for me and he does not have power of attorney ? When filing jointly is it legal for him to just sign my name stating that I’ve seen all this info and what not without me knowing ? He will just give me 1,000
