I am having an accountant file my taxes for the past two years. Year, 2017 & 2018. I Have been unsuccessful downloading my documents from the previous tax years. I believe I may have set up a new account when I attempted to file for year 2018.
Is it possible to have tax years 2017 & 2018 emailed to me? [email address removed]
@Karlynn2005 No, your past returns cannot be emailed to you. No one else can access them; further, it is unsafe to email a tax return and that cannot be done from within TurboTax.
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS/account recovery
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
Or go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

@Eliakino03 Directly above your post, there is a reply in this thread that tells you how to get copies of your returns. Read a thread you are posting to before you post the same questions multiple users have already posted and received answers to. it would have saved you some time.
