I am having the saved issues. 3 months later I have no refund and I’m getting the run around. Turbo tax is telling me my money is in Credit Karma and nothing there plus I opted for direct deposit to my bank. I’m tired of this bull$hit. I have used turbo tax for years. If this isn’t settled, everyone’s having problems should start reporting them. Turbo tax is nothing but fraud and it’sa scam. They’re taking our money. And lying and playing dumb.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

By law TT is forbidden to do anything with your refund.   If you had the TT fees withheld from the federal refund then when the IRS releases the refund it goes to the third party processing bank as required by law.  You must contact them to see where the refund went after they got it.
