I am having the saved issues. 3 months later I have no refund and I’m getting the run around. Turbo tax is telling me my money is in Credit Karma and nothing there plus I opted for direct deposit to my bank. I’m tired of this bull$hit. I have used turbo tax for years. If this isn’t settled, everyone’s having problems should start reporting them. Turbo tax is nothing but fraud and it’sa scam. They’re taking our money. And lying and playing dumb.
