the recorded message at Civista bank does not recognize my social security number
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
When you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will then deduct the fees and attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://cisc.sbtpg.com/index.aspx

I'm looking for my refund and it was sent to this bank at 303 Howard drive
Sandusky OH 44870 this isn't my bank at all civista bank is the name
Civista Bank is one of 2 banks that is used when you choose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund. Did you choose that option?
If you chose to pay your TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund, the refund goes first to a temporary account at an intermediary bank-either Civista Bank of Sandusky, Ohio, or Green Dot Bank. At the intermediary bank, the fees are subtracted, then the rest of your funds are sent on to your bank in a second deposit. The company that handles that is SBTPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group.)
