How do I access the temporary card information for the prepaid Visa? The link through my email keeps showing an error message.

You do not get funds on the card until after the IRS accepts your tax return. Returns are presently sitting on a server waiting until January 28, when the IRS will begin to accept/reject returns. You will get an email after that.

The it's has already accepted my return & the refund advance has been deposited. So the funds are there, but I'm getting an error message on the link.

There was an issue with the URL in the original welcome email from the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.

A new email was resent on 1/15/19 around 4:30 PST with the correct URL. 

Please check your email for the updated email with the correct link to access your temporary card.

This whole temporary card is Crap! Says I was approved for advance. The email they sent says I was approved and gave me the last 4 digits of the card number that’s being sent to me. I make an online account but it says it has a 0 balance. I have called sooo many times today and I still get the same run around I have to wait for my physical card to come in the mail. The email that said I was approved also has a link named access your fund when I click on it, it gives me an error message. Why advertise you give a temporary card if you don’t! I never received another email nothing but when I call they say yes your money is there! Than why the heck can’t I access it!
