I’m having the same issue. I’m not working due to the virus and was suppose to have my taxes by the end of February and for some reason still waiting for it which was suppose to pay for this turbo fee

They are a screwing tons of people over, I specifically went to the free site and did, and they somehow added 190 dollars to my account and didn’t give me the free one even tho I went exactly to where I was supposed to go. I qualify, I did what I was supposed to do and they got me. I called in to have them take it off and they told me to screw if basically. You aren’t debiting my account especially right now with what’s going on. I will have my bank overturn the debit since I never authorized this, and there’s been tons of cases where it’s know. TurboTax has taken advantage of people who tried to do the free return. Such a scam business
Why was my bank account auto-debited for TurboTax fees?
When you filed your 2019 tax return, you chose Pay With My Refund, which lets you deduct your TurboTax fees from your IRS tax refund instead of paying them with a credit or debit card.
Per the Refund Processing Agreement, you authorized us to debit your bank account if your refund was insufficient to cover your fees:
In addition, by clicking the "I Agree" button below, you electronically sign and authorize Intuit (through its third party processor) to debit the TurboTax Fees, Additional Products and Services Purchased and any applicable sales tax from your bank account number identified in the Agreement below, in the event that you do not receive a tax refund that is sufficient to pay for them.

I'm on the line with a turbo tax Now the Agent is clueless keeps saying she is new it's her first call . She had one week of training. She doesn know what to do. She's researching an answer for me to find out how to delay the debit. I'll never use turbo tax again!! Absolutely horrible. First My refund was delayed due to the market place soft ware not being in place. Now this??
@Son1jay You can delay or cancel your payment, but it may require you to call the IRS. Please follow the advice in the following article for help.
TurboTax dont gaf about us...I have not received my taxes because of identity verify and they trying to deduct money from my acct when they shouldn't be charging no way to do the taxes...this is my last year filing with them and anybody I know....count your days....this bs coming to an end
Yea **bleep** them, they aren’t getting **bleep** from me, I went to the free site since I qualify and somehow was redirected to the pay site which they themselves told me is super tricky and you have to play super close attention or they will get you.... I have filed with them since 2013 but never again. And my bank is well aware of the situation and once they pull funds they are going to block it. Thieving **bleep**. Look it up online there’s extensive reports on how they screw people over.
What is that going to do? I reached out and spoke to a specialist already. She saw that I qualified for the free file, I told her the exact address I went to and she agreed it was the free file address, but then she said that on that page I clicked on something that sent me to the paid one and then she told me you guys make it purposely confusing so that you can steal money from us. Not only that the. You guys somehow added all the bells and whistles to my account and are trying to charge me 190 bucks. She said to my face yea sorry your screwed I’m not goi g to do anything to help you even tho you clearly qualified for the free file and was redirected to the paid site through your tricky antics. Never again will you guys be used and I was using for almost 10 years. And you aren’t getting my 190
My mom did my taxes for me which she has done for years. Both were rejected because, I'm not even sure but something to do with how I paid (with her credit card). I have never had this problem before! Until I can get this straightened out, and I may have to take my taxes to a tax service, please do not debit my mom's credit cart. Please use my mom's email address which is [email address removed].

Did it ask you about health insurance? From what I understand they left that question out and screwed thousands of people . There response was there is no penalty this year so its not required well the irs said it is and now taxes being delayed up to 60 days to review and maybe longer. I got the taxes under review letter but haven't heard anything else from them that was feb. 20. O eas told you have to wait for them to send you a letter requesting that form then fill it out and send it back then wait some more
