Actually, I paid a few weeks ago.
The problem persisted for several hours.
Fixed itself later in the evening.
Mystified, but no longer troubled, unless it recurs before I file.
To print after you have filed, you will need to download your tax return using Print Center and choose the option for all worksheets. Please see the directions below:
This is my solution to crypto blocking the report:
Problem:
When connect TT (online) with Cointracker -> 4000 transactions are downloaded.
This results with TT (online) spin, and it's not able to complete the Review process.
Saving the report and upload to TT (PC version) give also an error.
My Solution:
1) Delete all crypto transactions, and let TT (online) recover (able pass Review).
2) In CoinTracker -> TaxCenter there is a dedicated button just for TurboTax. Click on it will download *.cvs file.
3) Go back to TT (Online) and request to upload this cvs file manually. Tell TT this is from CoinTracker.
4) This csv file is a Summary of all your crypto transactions. In my case it's only 10 lines instead of 4000.
5) Now TT (Online) is able to process and Review.
From my understanding, it's allowed to send summary of all transaction, but please verify that with your tax advisor.
In my case, I saved the TT (online) file and continue to Print using the TT (PC) version. That's because I paid twice when trying to resolve this crypto issue. You'll probably be good with just TT (online) version at this point.
Summary: This is a combination of issues in both CoinTracker & TT (online). The solution as you can see, is to let CoinTracker generate csv summary file, and manually upload to TT (online).
Above steps are just my best guess to crypto at this point. Please see your tax advisor to verify. I hope it helps.
I have actually same issues, unable to review, print, and file all forms. I made multiple calls and shared my screen with them, I tried different Browers and 4 different devices with no luck. On the last call a lady, she was very patient going through with me for over one hour, both of us were still unable to figure out what is going on? I have to e-file as soon as possible, I don't know how can I do it now. I made a payment 3 days ago, it already showed on my credit card statement.
@Judyxie Do you have Crypto activity on your tax return?
Amazingly helpful.
Thank you Infoguy1999. I thought I was the only one having this issue because tech support told me other users don't have this issue. I was stuck for 4 days troubleshooting with multiple techs. I wish I had come across your post sooner. Thank you very much for your post, your method worked for me.
This still isnt fixed though. Still having this problem with the online version and mobile version. When I called for help they said a fix wouldnt be available until the 18th at the earliest.
Please see if this Turbo Tax FAQ will provide assistance.
Why can't I print out my forms?

@tomr70 had a very helpful response. I spent about 10 hours on this and spent probably 5 of those hours on the phone with TurboTax. I don't have a perfect solution, but here is what I did and some insights in case it's helpful. As an aside, TT is horrible software with very poor customer support, so this is definitely my last year.
Some insights:
1. This is 100% tied to crypto transactions, and the "unable to print" error is tied to the "server error" when submitting the e-file. The CS agents insist that you restart your computer, clear your cache, and that they have never, ever heard of this problem before. I swear, by the fourth person telling me to delete my cookies I was ready to lose it.
2. Removing all the crypto transactions from the return allows you to print the page.
3. However, unlike for @tomr70, the CoinTracker solution did not work for me. For me, adding *any* crypto transaction threw the system into the cannot print/cannot submit loop. The one CS person I had who was super helpful and stayed on with me for several hours told me it was because the CoinTracker spreadsheet had the 4,000 transaction "embedded" inside the CSV file, so even though it looks like 29 lines it still contains all the data. I do not think that is the case but she was quite sure about that.
4. However, after deleting all crypto transactions (and thus being able to print and pass review) I was told to manually enter the 29 lines from the CSV file. This did not work either. In fact, entering a single transaction (i.e. "Bought $10 btc on 1/1/2021 sold for $20 on 1/2/2021" triggered the error again and would not allow print.
5. Suspecting there was some remnant from my API integration before I switched to the CoinTracker method, I decided to just start over. However, and extremely frustratingly, TurboTax doesn't allow you to start over. Literally, when you try to delete and start over, a dialogue box pops us saying, "You cannot start over. You cannot delete. We own your soul forever." (Ok, not the last part, but basically)
6. So, I could not start over, I could not print, and I could not submit. Pretty awesome!
7. Eventually, they gave me the desktop system. I was able to print from that, and view the forms directly. I printed the state and federal and drove to the post office and mailed them.
In the end, this issue cost me about 10 hours and $50. And a lot of sanity.
@dval29 This is a tragedy in print. (I especially enjoyed your humor, though. Needed that laugh this morning.)
I am SO sorry you've endured this. I am not a TT employee, but a volunteer who attempts to help folks using TT. Clearly, the programs were not prepared for crypto....period. I've seen so many users who are dealing with the same issue.
Glad you were able to file, even though it was like walking cross-country to get there.
Those solutions dont solve the problem. Ive spoken to two different specialists who cobrowsed as well. Turbotax is unable to print the return either through file by mail or through the print center. Attempting to efile returns a server error.
Fully paid and the payment cleared. Right now cant print or efile. I also am not going over the 4000 crypto limit.
Multiple browsers, multiple computers. Clearing cache nothing works. Specialists say the engineers are aware and working on it but estimate a fix by the 18th. So far its been a pretty horrible experience and Im not even confident its going to be fixed by then and Ive already paid.
EVERYONE experiencing printing issues: Please see the linked Article below that will give you an opportunity to sign up for email notification when this issue has been resolved. This has been a looonnng problem. So sorry for the inconvenience.
TurboTax is experiencing a temporary problem printing returns
Thank you @Kat.
I'm running into this same issue (and yes—I have crypto transactions), and have gone ahead and subscribed to get updates. I'm reeeeeally hoping not to have to start all over again with other software, or to have to mail things in.
