Is there any message when you try to retrieve it? If you are getting an actual message that it is "not available for download", it could be this known issue that some Advantage members are experiencing:

If that's not your issue, then here's how to look for your download. If you don't see your download in your account at all, and especially if you don't see your previous downloads from prior years, then you may have multiple accounts without realizing it, which is common.
The email address you received your notification at is not necessarily the User ID for the account. You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID does not have to be an email address. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.

Is the software you purchased in your download account and if so can you download the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts
If the software is not shown in your account or you cannot download the software contact TurboTax support for assistance - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
First remove the code before someone else uses it as this is a public forum where scammers lurk....
