Where is the online menu to check for updates?

I am using the online version - there is no way to update since its done realtime.

Where is the online menu to check for updates?

 

I am getting the following error. It says these forms are available when checking the state forms available link but I have been trying to file the past 4 days and am unable to. Please let me know how I can e-file. This is the online version.

Where is the online menu to check for updates?

Please log completely out of the TurboTax website, then clear your browser's cache and delete cookies. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. You can also try a different browser.

Having the same issue for Pennsylvania. 

 

I called - and support was not really able to help. I am on hold to talk to a "tax specialist", but I am assuming they will not be able to help either, since this is not a taxes issue, per say, but definitely a site issue I think

I spoke to a TurboTax representative. They said it was a technical error, and to give them 48 hours to fix it. Hopefully they can get it resolved quickly.

Having this same issue for PA. Having it resolved in 48 hours would be nice.

 

Does anybody know - can I file my federal return and then come back later and file the state? Or should I just wait the 48 hours and hopefully file everything together.

If you want to e-file your federal tax return now then change how you file the state return.  This assumes that all of the forms and schedules included in your federal tax return are available for e-filing.

If using the TurboTax online editions click on File on the left side of the online program screen.  On Step 3 of the File section click on Start or Revisit.  Select the button File by Mail.  Then change the filing status of the state return.

After the federal return is e-filed and accepted by the IRS you can e-file the state return when it is available for e-filing.  Just use the same procedure and change the state return back to e-filing.

Guess 48 hours was a pipe dream. Wonder how long it will actually take them to fix this. It's embarrassing on their part.

I'm going to be demanding a refund soon for my state tax prep from Turbo Tax. They were quick to take the money, but I still can't file. Not a good business practice.

I was told 48 hours that day I responded - I believe Friday. Called yesterday and they said a ticket had never been submitted, so they put me on hold for like an hour and a half. And said they are aware of the issue and another ticket would be submitted.. I have no idea what is going on really unfortunately.

Thanks for the update. Another ticket? Sounds like the first ticket since they dropped the ball the first time. I've been using TurboTax for years but this might be it for me unless this rectify this very quickly.
