Where do I enter my license code on this website? I have purchased a basic Turbo Tax disc. there is no pop-up window on this page

I purchased Turbotax Home & Business and have a license code, but can't find where to enter it to open the tax program. How should I proceed?

Where do I need to log in?  Then enter my TurboTax license code? Then download my software? 

I purchased the TurboTax Deluxe Download or CD at Costco and would very much like to exercise the "Download" option.  Every time I try, I end up on the Online version with it wanting my credit card.

You have to install the TurboTax software you purchased from Costco, either the CD or Download, on a personal computer.  The license code is entered when installing the software on a personal computer.  It is not entered or used with the TurboTax online web-based editions.

@freyfamily   Did you buy the CD at Costco store or buy the download at Costco Online?  If you bought the CD there should be a card in it showing how to install or download it.  Like this

I purchased the Deluxe version as a download but everytime I go to InstallTurboTax.com and login, the website starts trying to make me use the online TurboTax.  There is no download option or license code box anywhere!

We see people get confused and they keep logging in to online software which will require them to pay at the end.   You need to use the desktop software.   One way to tell if you are using the right software---your tool bar.   Online software has the toolbar in a black vertical column on the left side of the screen.   Desktop software has the tools up on the top of your TT screen.
