was my returned mailed or do I have to do it? also I received a email saying about accessibility it was me do I need to do anything
If you choose to file by mail, you will need to mail the return yourself. For more details on this, please see our Help Article.
What does accessed mean
Accessed means that the IRS is going through your tax return to make sure that everything is correct. It means that your return has passed the initial screening and, at least for the moment, has been accepted.
Approved means they are preparing to send your refund to your bank or directly to you in the mail.
Accepted means your return was received by the government and the basics like your Social Security number seem to be in order.
After acceptance, the next step is for the government to approve your refund.

If you are referring to an email regarding accessing your tax return:
TurboTax sends automatic emails to notify you of changes made to your account, such as updating your payment method, changing your password, or signing in for the first time on a new device.
TurboTax is letting you know that someone signed into your TurboTax account. This message is sent to you on the off-chance that your account was accessed without your knowledge. This most often occurs when you log in using a different device or computer than you used the last time you logged in.
If you are referring to an email about your tax refund, this usually means your tax return was checked by the IRS and there was either a change in the amount of your refund or the amount of what you owe.
What day will my return come
To process your refund, it usually takes:
1) Up to 21 days for an e-filed return
2) 4 weeks or more for amended returns and returns sent by mail
3) Longer if your return needs corrections or extra review
The timing of your refund may change if you:
@Biggworm
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2023 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
