need my W2 for 2018
TurboTax does not have a copy of the W-2 or Form 1099. It would have W-2 and Form 1099 worksheets that included the tax data from the forms that were entered. The worksheets would be included in the PDF of the tax return in the tax year the return was completed.
Copies of a Form 1099 would have to obtained from the issuer of the form.
When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.
This will take you back to the 2018 online tax return.
Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
If you cannot obtain the W-2 from your employer, then for a fee you can get a complete copy of a W-2 from the Social Security Administration - https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
You can get a free Wage and Income transcript from the IRS - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return to include copies of W-2's, if you mailed the tax return and included a paper W-2, from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf
See this IRS Tax Topic - http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc159.html
TurboTax (TT) does not have your W-2 (in either the on-line or desk top versions). However, it does have a "facsimile", if you typed in (or imported) your W-2 when you prepared your return. If all you need is the information from your W-2, you can get that from the facsimile (W-2 worksheet), found in the list of forms. Every bit of information on your actual W-2 will be on the TT worksheet. Whether whomever you need to show your W-2 to will accept the worksheet instead; you'll have to ask them. Your employer is the best source of an actual copy of your W-2. For more options, see:
IRS instructions http://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc159.html
Social Security Administration Instructions questionID=3836&hitOffset=258+164+163+75+26+25+15+14&docID=2040
You can get a Wage and Income transcript, from the IRS for free. Like the TurboTax worksheet, it will have all the info that W-2 has, but is not an actual copy. But, unlike the TT worksheet, the transcript is an official IRS document. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/tax-return-transcript-types-and-ways-to-order-them
Ask your employer for another copy if they still have them.
Or get a W2 copy from SSA
https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
TurboTax doe not have a copy of your 2017 W-2 nor can TT import a 2017 W-2 anymore. Ask the employer who issued it for another copy. Or you can pay Social Security $86 for a copy. You can also get a Wage and Income transcript from the IRS, but it will only show federal tax withheld, nothing for state tax.
To get a copy of a W-2 from Social Security https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS: It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received. It will not, however, show your state information. It will only show the federal information.

I need my W2 for 2019 can i get it this early
Employers issue W-2's by the end of January. You get it from your employer. TurboTax does not have your W-2.
Some employers will allow you to import it into the software when they are available.
