Turbo tax took the money I "owed" them and I have not received my tax return. They have been zero help. Any advice?

TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive?  Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account.  TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.

Once your return has been accepted, TurboTax is not involved, and cannot intercede with the IRS for you.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I nor my family will ever use turbo tax again. I did not receive "several e-mails". Turbo tax wrote in BIG BOLD LETTERS: WE WILL NOT TAKE THE MONEY UNTIL YOU RECIEVE YOUR REFUND

Check your spam folder.  They send four emails before they take the money from your account.  Sorry--but you signed an agreement that gave your consent to this.  It s much better to pay TurboTax upfront with a credit card when you file instead of agreeing to this refund processing service and the extra fee for it.
