On July 14, 2020 I entered information for 2019 Tax File and received receipt (see Subject above) but tried to access my 2019 file so I could download returns and mail them. However, I got message it cannot be found. Therefore, I want to now start over and create a file so I can mail my tax return for the Year 2019 for both Federal and State of TN. Please help. I received text message that my Intuit Acct code is 080172 and another text message that my Turbo Tax Answer Xchange code is 901767.

You might be looking in the wrong account. And by the way---TN does not have a state income tax.https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/state-taxes/help/which-states-don-t-have-income-tax/00/26063
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

To get a copy of your previously filed returns prepared with online TurboTax https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1900748-how-do-i-get-a-copy-of-a-return-i-filed-in-turbotax-online
When you find the right account--the one you already paid for--you may need to click on Add a State to get in to your return. You do not really have to add a state, but that will get you back in to your return so that you can enter more information or change the information entered previously.
I "think" the TTX software does do the TN "Hall Tax" forms...but I could be mistaken.
