I tried filling out the refund form online, but it told me my order number was in the wrong format and would not let me proceed.

Please let me know what else I can do, and thanks again,

there is no option to download the refund form once you get to the page

@xmasbaby0  Hey that says Canada Refund at the top.  It also says USA on it.  Better tell the Moderators.
