It never downloaded and this is very frustrating it's not in downloads please help. I paid good money for your product and it treats me like I am a cheating criminal, I just want to be able to do my taxes and my immediate family members. Thank you in advance for your help with my problem.

that's a worthless suggestion, I check to make sure I entered the code properly before contacting Intuit.
Every single year I have to spend several hours on calls with support to have this issue taken care of. Ridiculous. 1 hour trying to figure out how to drop the installer into my account, still no resolution for this year.

When I call that number, it asks a few prompts. After selecting Turbotax, it asks to text/email me a guide. I have tried both yes and no but neither selection does anything. I am unable to even get in contact with a live customer service representative. Taxes are already annoying enough as is and on top of that having to deal with this is just insanely frustrating.

Is there any other way to message? I don't have either Facebook or Twitter account. I brought the Premier version from Costco. I only able to download and activate on one computer. When I called, the rep told me I only allowed to install on one computer. Then I check the website. It says otherwise. It says I can install, authenticate and activate up to 5 computers? Then I called again. The next rep said I can install, authenticate, and activated on up to 5 different computers under my account. You used to be able to install this using your personal turbo tax account. That is the way everyone prefers to use his/her account and computer. I don't mind paying more for the premier version for this multiple installation but this is getting cumbersome. May be switch to Deluxe or another brand?
I am in the same boat. I need to know the account that my TT desktop product for 2022 is associated with. I have the key and just need to know the account it is associated with so I can install on my laptop computer after my desktop computer died in 2023. I have tried everything to find the account and cannot do so. I have the CD for the product but my laptop computer does not have a CD drive. If it did, I would try to install it that way. Thanks for any help. Call TT is useless.
Even though you can install it 5 times, it seems you can only use the CD 1 time unless you install it on another computer using the other operating system like Mac. And if you installed from the CD it seems you can not download it from online. You can't do both CD and download. See the info on this FAQ

If you have a computer with a CD drive or know someone, you can try copying the CD to a USB flash drive and use that to install the program. See SteamTrains post here

OMG. Totally bogus. I own the license! Someone at Intuit has to be able to tell me the userid associated with my license. That is all I need but it is impossible to call Intuit and get help with this matter.
I downloaded Turbotax several times, because it doesn't come up properly as usual. So I deleted all the downloads to begin again, but now it says to "look for it in downloads". But the downloads have been deleted. Can't I just start over with my license code?

Please phone TurboTax Support, and see if they can untangle that so you can proceed or otherwise resolve it. They are open this weekend.
