It looks like you've been posting multiple times in the middle of old cluttered threads from last year where they are much less likely to be seen. If you have an issue you need help with, you should start your own new forum thread so it will show up to the forum as needing help.
I'll also tell you how to phone Support below.
If you want to start your new thread for help in this forum, go to the link below and click the blue "Ask a Question" button. The title line is limited in space, but there will be a box underneath it where you can post more details about your issue.

When will I get the rest of my refund ?
@AnthonyM7 wrote:When will I get the rest of my refund ?
This appears to be your first post in this community forum and provided no information. No one knows anything about your story or your refund. Are you referring to a Federal tax refund? What do you mean by "the rest?" Have you received your Federal refund, and was it less than expected? Or did you get a state refund? Make sure who it was from. If you're getting both, they come separately, so don't go by any "total refund" amount that includes both refunds.
If your Federal refund was less than expected, did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the refund? If so, in addition to the fees there is a $40 service fee ($45 for California filers) for that option.
If the IRS reduced your refund, you should get a letter from the IRS in about 3 weeks. You may also be able to find some info at the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool, such as if there was an offset.
Hi I have a problem with my taxes I went to a place to do my taxes and now my taxes were rejected and now the person that did my taxes won’t answer my calls to see what’s going on I want to know if there is anything you could do about it
I would double-check and see if your taxes were rejected. You can do that on the IRS website Where's My Refund.
If your taxes were rejected, your least expensive course of action is to try and get your preparer to fix the return. If you can not get the preparer to fix it you can then try other resources including TurboTax.
How come everyone i know got there refund and they did not file with turbotax? i need to talk to someone from turbotax or irs , but i dont want to hear "oh you need to go on wheres your refund tool, its been 4 weeks and i still dont revice any tax money!!

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
If over 21 days since being Accepted by the IRS and the tax refund is still Processing you can call the IRS and speak with an IRS agent concerning your tax refund.
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Then press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
It should then transfer you to an agent.
How do I send off my taxes? I cant seem to get in ctonact with ANYONE unless I pay so i will literally never use this method again.
FIRST!
I Printed out both my federal and state.
SECOND!
Both state that I need to send back my 2018 taxes (WHY? & WHAT TAXES? MY w2's??? OR ???)
THIRD!
For state tax, it states I HAVE to e-file since I processed electronically. HOW? It does not give me any link or directions AND I do not see "file" tabs on the top of my FREE submitted forms.
FOURTH!
They need my 2018 taxes to see my AGI (WHICH FORM IS THAT???)
FIFTH!
I am about to just send both federal and state in seperate envelopes SIGNED and DATED with a postal stamp, and the 2018 AGI form if someone COULD JUST HELP.
Promise this will be the last time I use turbotax. If its suppose to be easy & free, why is it so difficult and need to be charged to make it easier?? Horrible!
If you were able to print your taxes you certainly can mail them out. The AGI from your 2018 taxes is a tool the IRS uses to protect against tax fraud. It does create a problem, but it is basically to protect you.
I'm sorry you had so much difficulty, but mailing them is the simple solution.
This is a horrible answer. The robot in the phone tree cannot possibly know how to help me and it absolutely refuses to connect me with a real person employee because I don't have Turbo Tax Live or whatever. I live in a foreign country, so I have - surprise - a foreign phone number. That means I cannot save it in Turbo Tax - or surprise again - even my tax forms. Which is actually an issue. The employees of Turbo Tax do not have a number that they can reach me with. Nor do they care to attempt e-mail communication - for what reason, I cannot fathom as that would be the simplest solution. In addition, I had multiple foreign employers for the last tax year and I would normally enter all of them. Turbo tax only allows one... I feel that this is incorrect and wish to speak to a real employee about the issue.
@spottedfrog TurboTax support does not have an email address.

I need help with this green dot card and why my money is not on there
@taxes2020*321 wrote:I need help with this green dot card and why my money is not on there
Are you referring to the Turbo Visa Debit Card?
This is mainly a user community forum, but we can tell you some things to check. If you recently received the card, and if there are no funds on it, then you need to check to be sure the IRS has actually released the funds and sent them to the card. Here's how:
If you efiled, first double-check to be sure the return was efiled successfully and accepted.
If you used Online TurboTax, you can sign into your Online Account and check the efile status at the Tax Home.
If that showed it was accepted, you can use the "Where's My Refund" tool at the IRS website below to monitor the status of your Federal refund.
https://www.irs.gov/Refunds
NOTE: When using that tool, use only the Federal refund amount, and not any total refund amount that includes a state refund.
The amount to use is on your Federal Form 1040, Line 21a.
